Another artificial grass completed in Royston this week for a good friend, dug out, stoned up and grano on top ready for the 40mm grass, lowered manhole and set at finished floor level ready for the grass to cut out and then stuck back on to the lid leaving access for the screws hidden in the pile of the grass! Another happy customer.
Thanks to HRS waste management mini skip hire for squeezing the wagon up a tight driveway and waiting while we loaded around 3 tonne of soil.

Another artificial grass job boxed off last week, in Royston, terrible water and drainage problems as experienced by many in the estate at the back of Asda, 100mm of topsoil removed to find solid clay and stone hence amount of water, perforated underground pipe run around the perimeter where the water was coming in from higher ground and run into drainage system, stoned up and wacked then grano dust and wacked, finished off with 40mm grass and sanded.
Quick change into some clean clothes and fitted a new thermostatic radiator valve to keep the plumbing side of the company happy.

Its as easy to do it neatly as it is to just throw it in like most under sink cupboards
