As we head into September we've sat and reflected on what a few months it's been!!
We've been so incredibly blessed to have had such a busy summer, taking on an amazing number of new properties, navigating a demanding North Devon market and, of course, trying to keep up with everything that comes with the summer months!
We've had record temperatures and record numbers of exchanges and completions over the summer, which is something we're incredibly proud of. Seeing so many of our buyers and sellers reach the finish line and begin the next chapter of their home journey is exactly why we love what we do!!
And as we head towards autumn, things are looking extremely positive. There's plenty happening behind the scenes, lots of exciting properties coming to market and so much to look forward to over the next few months.
Most importantly, we want to say a huge thank you to every single one of our clients, buyers and sellers who have trusted us to be part of such an important chapter in their lives. We never take for granted that we're trusted with what is often one of the biggest assets of someone's life, and we're incredibly grateful for every single instruction, recommendation and kind word.
From the two of us, thank you for continuing to support our little independent business. We genuinely couldn't do it without you!
Here's to the rest of 2026... we can't wait to see what the next few months bring!
