Phillips, Smith & Dunn are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Viewings Advisor to join our busy Bideford office. This flexible part-time role involves conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers.

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys working with people. Previous estate agency experience is welcome but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.

The position offers flexible part-time hours that can be tailored around the successful applicant, although most Saturdays will be required. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
