Second property that’s undergoing a full renovation is coming along nicely.

All 3 bedrooms and hallway cupboard now boarded and plastered.
Insulated plasterboards used on external walls for extra insulation and should help keep energy bills down.

Bathroom and hallway insulated with acoustic insulation and now ready to be plasterboarded.

Downstairs,
We have knocked the kitchen/dining room wall out to create a nice big kitchen/diner.
The fire place has been opened back up to create a nice feature.

Still on track to be completed by Christmas 🏡 🔨

That’s the first property with tenants going in this week.

Took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen problems but we got there in there end!

What should of been a light refurb ended up being a full refurb,

New kitchen,
New bathroom,
New flooring throughout,
Rewire,
Complete redecoration.

Not doing things by halves we also acquired our second property yesterday.

This one is a 3 bedroom house that will be undergoing a full renovation throughout.
We estimate this one to take 3/4month then it will be ready for the rental market! 🏡

This is a 2 bedroom house that will require a light refurb throughout then be ready for the rental market in a couple of weeks😁
