🖐 RJS Holiday Let Progress Update

We haven't been able to get up to the cottage over the last week due to the poor English weather and roads being closed "welcome to the Lake district". The river flowing next to our cottage was huge and looked amazing - it definitely tested out our joiners woodwork as the decking frame didn't budge 😁.

Our tradesmen have been working as fast as they can and have started fitting the first fix for our electrics and plumbing 🪠💡

✅ Kitchen has arrived and in storage
✅ Bathroom has been ordered
✅ Hottub has arrived in UK
✅ Company for installing our new Woodburner has been sourced

🛋I've been tasked with the interior design as things are progressing, so much pressure but so exciting.

🏡Finally ... our latest project has finished and signed off. We have made this property from a 2 bedroom into a 3 bedroom and every inch of the house has been renovated. It's been a long journey but the final outcome is fantastic. 🏘

❌Please note : This property is currently not for let.

RJS Lettings are still busy with their Holiday let renovation project and we are waiting to have another property signed over to us within the next few weeks.
