Solartherm UK is a qualified photovoltaic team actively working in the commercial and residential sector for the installation of Solar panels, renewable energy equipment, air conditioning, air source heat pumps, bio mass, solar thermal - (evacuated tubes and flat plate collectors) voltage optimisation, high recovery hot water cylinders, underfloor heating, boiler management systems, Thermodynamics

and solar assisted heat pumps. Solartherm Uk are the trade and installation arm of a large renewable energy company covering most parts of the UK. We pride ourselves on the design factor of an installation whereby the office time spent on system design far outweighs the time spent on actual installation, thus achieving excellent installed system performance resulting in increased power yields and where applicable an increase in monetary returns from the UK feed-in-tariff scheme. Few other companies spend as much time sourcing the best equipment, and working through roof designs and system layouts as us! We are experts in the installation of system monitoring and optimisation and a proud to support the both TIGO and Solar Edge systems. We are believed to have installed more TIGO systems than any other UK solar installer with a zero failure rate. We do not sub contract installations to others, all our projects are completed by our own contractors, some of which have been part of our wider team since 2001. We welcome tenders, and applications for proposals and quotations from other renewable companies, main contractors and the general public for domestic P.V systems alike.

We’ve just finished installing a 6.75 kWp solar PV system at property in Snodland, Kent, helping our customer:

☀️ Generate clean, renewable electricity
💷 Reduce energy bills
🔋 Make better use of their energy with battery storage
🌍 Lower their carbon footprint

The system includes:
• 15x Aiko N-Type ABC Neostar high-efficiency solar panels
• Tesla Powerwall 3 with gateway for full home backup

This installation is expected to produce around 7144 kWh per year, delivering long-term savings and energy independence:
• Predicted Year 1 Savings: £2,173
• Estimated Payback Period: 8 years
• Expected Savings Over 30 Years: £188,795

Off-grid… without being off-grid. ⚡☀️

Both of these systems were pulling 0W from the grid earlier today.

✔️ Home powered by solar
✔️ Battery charging
✔️ Zero import
✔️ Middle of winter

This is what energy independence looks like.

Even in February, these customers are running their homes directly from solar generation while topping up their batteries — no help needed from the grid.

2.7kW exported to the grid… in February. ❄️☀️

Winter? Doesn’t look like it.

This system is currently exporting 2.7kW back to the grid — with the battery full and the home drawing 192W. That’s clean, excess solar being put to good use.

Shorter days doesn't equal poor generation. With the right design and installation, solar can still deliver strong performance right through winter.
