It’s surprising how many landlords don’t supply enough kitchen cupboards. If your kitchen is small, look at clever ways to maximize the storage space. Thinking about the little things that make life easier can make a huge difference to your tenants.”

🛑Now, England entered its second national lockdown, and a potential no-deal Brexit also pending, it’s unsurprising that homeowners across the UK are wary. There is a fear of a huge drop in the value of their homes, fear of losing their jobs, and being unable to maintain mortgage payments, and fear of where the pandemic is heading.
Ready Steady Sell, an advisory website. They get an average of 1,000 valuations per month, and over the past six months, it has analyzed the locations of these online valuations to determine the top UK locations where sellers are ‘desperate’ for a speedy house sale.

A new rent arrears protection service has launched to cater specifically for settings with tenants renting rooms rather than entire apartments or houses.
Only My Share offers rent arrears protection to individual tenants, meaning that they and their guarantors are protected from being financially liable if a housemate doesn’t pay their rent under a ‘joint and several’ clause.
A business to business bloc management option will enable accommodation providers to work directly with Only My Share, instead of relying on tenants to apply individually to the company.
Available to landlords of HMOs and those letting out entire blocks of flats, the bloc service means that it’s simple and efficient to provide building-wide coverage.
