Every Business Starts Somewhere
It’s easy to look at an established business and only see where it is today.
What we don’t always see are the early mornings, the unanswered messages, the ideas that didn’t work, the difficult decisions and the point where someone simply decided to give it a go.
That’s very much how I see Weeks Property Partners.
I haven’t started this business pretending to have hundreds of investors or dozens of deals waiting in the wings.
I’ve started it with something I believe is far more valuable — 30 years of experience in construction and property, a strong understanding of buildings, and a determination to create a business based on relationships rather than transactions.
And I’m learning something important as it grows.
Property isn’t really about houses.
It’s about people.
A landlord who has reached the point where managing a property has become a burden.
A homeowner whose property hasn’t sold and who needs another option.
An investor looking for opportunities but without the time or construction knowledge to assess them properly.
Someone who has inherited a property and simply doesn’t know what to do next.
Or an investor who has the capital but wants an experienced person on the ground protecting their interests.
Those are the conversations I want Weeks Property Partners to have.
Not every conversation will become a deal — and it shouldn’t.
Sometimes the best advice might actually be not to proceed.
But if I can build a business where people know they will get a straightforward answer, realistic numbers and practical property experience, I think the opportunities will follow.
Every established business once had its first client, first investor, first property and first successful deal.
I’m enjoying building towards mine.
If you’re a landlord, property owner or investor and would like an informal conversation about a property or opportunity, you’re very welcome to message me.
