📣 Over the last few weeks, I’ve been networking with business owners and customers, listening to the challenges they’re facing in both their businesses and personal lives.
Keep reading because we would love your feedback…
And there are some clear themes coming through loud and clear:
🧹 Finding a good, reliable cleaner who actually does a great job is proving really difficult.
💷 Finding fair, affordable rates is another huge concern, with people feeling they’re sometimes paying a lot for a service that doesn’t meet expectations.
⏰ Life is overwhelming. Business owners and families are juggling work, home, children, finances, admin and everything in between — and there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.
👥 Recruitment and staff retention particularly in the care and cleaning industry are also major challenges for businesses, with many struggling to find reliable people and, as we’ve experienced ourselves over the years, having to turn away work because there simply aren’t enough good staff available.
💰 Cash in hand work seems to be on the rise, which is making it difficult for businesses who operate ethically and to the book, to recruit staff.
So we’ve been asking ourselves:
What if we could help solve some of these problems?
What if there was a way to connect people with reliable, quality people, while also helping businesses and families take some of the pressure off?
That’s what we’re currently exploring.
We’re looking at ways we can bridge the gap between demand and reliable people, whilst providing practical support that genuinely makes life easier for families and business owners.
If you own a business or run a busy family home and are overwhelmed, contact us to connect and we can discuss some ideas.
We’re still working behind the scenes, listening, researching and developing the idea — but there’s definitely something exciting taking shape.
Keep an eye out… we’ll be sharing more very soon. 👀
If you’re a business owner or busy family and any of these challenges sound familiar, we’d love to hear from you. Your feedback is helping shape what comes next. Leave your comments below. We’d love to discuss the challenges.
