🔍Finding your way around Bishop Sutton Village..🔍
Bishop Sutton is a scenic village situated between Bath and Bristol on the northern slopes of the Mendip Hills close to the lovely Chew Valley Lake. You can walk from one end to the other in around 20 minutes, so what will you find..?
🎊 First and foremost the village is home to Chew Valley Lodges.
🏪 Then, there are two mini-marts both very well stocked with everything you'd need for your holiday. There's also New Manor Farm shop and restaurant featuring local produce .👍
🍻 Like most Somerset villages, Bishop Sutton has a welcoming pub just a few moments' walk from your lodge.
🚌 The village has two bus stops, serving Bath, Bristol and some really beautiful nearby villages.
🏞️Access to Chew Valley lake is along Ham lane passed the park or Herriot's Pool at the southern end of the village, a popular birdwatching stop.
🚶🚶🏽♀️ Walkers can enjoy wonderful panoramic view across the village and Chew Lake from the footpaths across Burledge hill.
