AutoCAD and/or Revit 3D architectural technicians, measured building surveyors and draftsmen required for freelance, full-time and ongoing draughting sub-contractor positions working remotely for a British surveying company.
MUST HAVE'S:
A fast internet connection
Skype
AutoCAD 2016 or higher / Revit 2019 or higher
Ability to follow a brief
Reliability & ability to work full-time
High spec computer (able to handle large graphics files, large storage and processor - Gaming PC's a good comparison)
Communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience working on AutoCAD
NICE TO HAVE'S:
Architectural or surveying background preferable, experience drawing-up buildings for architects, experience with point clouds, fibre internet.
Successful applicants will need to be available for a Skype interview, and a week of training done remotely.
Work will be remunerated on a contractor basis, at a rate of £45 per day AutoCAD, and £55 3D Revit per day (R800-R1 000 per day for AutoCAD, and R1 000 - R1 200 3D Revit per day, dependant on pound exchange rate). You could earn up to R160 000 - R290 000 annually working from home.
