What happened at Scope this week ⏩

And it’s been a big one 🚀

MORE PEOPLE JOINING THE SCOPE TEAM 👊🏼

We officially took Barry on full-time this week to head up the construction management side of the business as well as working within the sales team.

Which was an excellent decision considering he’s closed 2 deals in his first official week💰

We’ve also brought in an assistant to help Louise with the estate agency & auction listings, after the on-market side of the business has officially BOOMED 📈

THE SYSTEMS ARE COMING TOGETHER 🧩

Gail’s been deep in the processes this week and we’re one step closer to getting everything properly in place.

Who would’ve thought that bringing together multiple businesses in property would be tough, eh? 😅

A LOT OF SALES ACTIVITY THIS WEEK 👀

Ryan and Barry took on more of the sales calls as Reiss & Danny headed up to Dalwhinnie → Aberfeldy → Aberdeen for some upcoming deals.

WE’RE BACK ON THE CONTENT TRAIN 🎥

After a couple of weeks off while we regroup, we’re officially back making content. Can feel the boys eyes rolling every time I approach 😬

WE FILMED OUR FIRST PODCAST 🎙️

We finally filmed our first podcast this week.

It’ll be launching soon…

And no - this is strictly NOT another property podcast 😏

WE’RE OPTIMISING WHAT’S ALREADY WORKING 🎬

We’ve changed up our lead gen marketing scripts to optimise the ads that are already performing very well which will equal even more leads for the boys to get stuck into.

WE TIME TRAVELLED BACK TO PRE-COVID 😅

Apparently, this week we forgot how to use video calls so decided everyone needed to be in the same room.

Some things never change.
