Whether you’re looking for a mobile bar for your next event, catering services, or simply fancy visiting their beautiful bar in Dower House Square, Bawtry, Hollie’s Bar has something for everyone.

They also host some fantastic events, including their popular Cheese Board & Bottle of Wine Night for just £35 per couple, taking place this evening! 🧀🍷

From live music and Paint, Sip & Social evenings to Platters & Natters, there’s always something happening at Hollie’s Bar.

“We’ve been running Barge Estates for around 3 and a half years and have recently opened our beautiful new shop in Bawtry. We chose Bawtry because of its incredible community spirit, its reputation as a highly sought-after place to live and visit, and the fact that there is always something happening. We wanted to be part of such a vibrant and welcoming town, and we’re delighted to now have a presence here. We’re proud to be part of the Bawtry business community and look forward to meeting even more local residents and visitors through our new shop.

Outside of work, I love exploring local pubs in search of the perfect Sunday lunch. Whenever possible, our beautiful dog, Blue, comes along too and enjoys the adventures just as much as we do!”
