After a roller-coaster 12 months of hard work by Progress Planning and the wider project team, 22 The Avenue, HatchEnd in Pinner has now been granted full planning approval following a Planning Committee, for a redevelopment scheme comprising 8 x 2 bedroom flats across 3 storeys. The flats will be accommodated within a new-build apartment block designed to carry forward te unique architectural properties of the dwelling to be replaced, whilst also delivering a design which will uphold and indeed improve upon the appearance of flatted development along The Avenue and providing future residents with a high-end environment within which to live and relax.
The journey to realise planning consent was made all the more complex by the specific intricacies of the site, its relationship to neighbouring properties and a brief stipulating the delivery of a development which would set a benchmark for architecture and design evident along The Avenue. With the project management by Progress Planning, the project team has now delivered on this brief and achieved, through an exacting attention to detail and working collaboratively with the Local Planning Authority throughout, a scheme which will unquestionably raise the design quality of multi-occupancy buildings along The Avenue.
