The newly refurbished One Ludlow office in Maidenhead has officially launched! 🎉

We’re delighted to share that the transformation of One Ludlow is now complete, and it’s looking fantastic.

A huge thank you to the Sorbon Estates team and all our contractors for their hard work, care, and attention to detail throughout this project. We’d also like to thank all the agents who joined us at the launch event to celebrate this milestone with us.

The result is a building we’re genuinely proud of: 20,000 sq ft of high‑quality, highly visible, HQ office space. EPC A rating (targeted), exceptional outdoor amenity spaces, and parking offer, all located within 300 yards of Maidenhead Train Station.

A milestone moment for Waterside Quarter! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that all commercial units at Waterside Quarter, over 17,000 sq ft of prime space, are now fully occupied! This marks the completion of the Chapel Arches regeneration project in Maidenhead, a joint venture between and Sorbon Estates, transforming the area into a vibrant destination.

The final pieces of the puzzle, and , opened their doors at the end of 2024, joining a fantastic mix of businesses that have brought energy and life to the neighbourhood. They now sit alongside , , , , and , all of whom have contributed to making Waterside Quarter a thriving hub for dining, socialising, and enjoying the waterside setting.
