The first one comes to mind is a chap called Myles/Miles Loveridge (t/a Loveridge Property Care) who are based in the Norwich area.
Can to repair some slipped tiles but didn’t diagnose/highlight what the underlying cause of the slipped tiles was.
He just said it was something to do with the mortar.
He basically patched it up and went all done.
Anyway a year later the tiles slipped again and when I asked him to come round again to look at it as it obviously wasn’t sorted out properly Ty e first time.
He said he an was currently on holiday and would contact me when back at work, in 5 days time.
No phone call, no answering of my calls or messages at all.
Absolute sh*****se!
Had another roofer round who identified an issue with a damaged joist that causing the tiles to slip.
