WE'RE HIRING – TRAINEE / ASSISTANT DOOR TECHNICIAN 🔧🚪
Door Wise is a small specialist door company based near Beccles/Lowestoft, and we're looking for a reliable, practical person to join us on a flexible part-time basis.
£15–£20 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
You don't need to be an experienced door fitter. We're much more interested in finding the right person — someone who's good with their hands, confident using drills and power tools, physically capable, reliable and willing to learn.
Full training will be provided in the installation, servicing, adjustment and repair of external doors.
The role is generally around 2 days per week, although this will vary depending on workload. Working days are approximately 9 hours, with early starts — you'll need to be able to get to Mutford for around 6:30am. Transport to construction sites across East Anglia is provided.
You'll need a full driving licence and your own safety boots. A CSCS card is required, but we can help the right person obtain one.
We're not looking for somebody with the perfect CV. We're looking for somebody dependable, practical, personable and keen to become very good at what they do.
