- what a couple of days.

Nottingham delivered. Big energy, brilliant minds, and a room full of people who genuinely want each other to succeed.

Five and a half years in BNI, and conference never fails to deliver - it genuinely inspires and reinvigorates me. Every. Single. Time.

Some highlights:

🎤 Hearing the founder of BNI, Dr Ivan Misner, speak live - and getting to ask him a question in front of the whole auditorium. A moment I won’t forget. Getting a photo with him too.

♥️ Being blown away by our incredible speakers! Special shout out to our amazing team: Hayley John-Charles on MainStage, Lisa Ellams and Susan Ball in breakout rooms - ladies you smashed it!

🙌 Massive thanks to Greg Davies - Polaine and Franky Davies - Polaine for hosting with such great energy and warmth - you held it all together beautifully. The Macarena was quite spectacular!

🎯 And personally? I hosted my first ever round table - on staying visible without being pushy. A first time being an active part of conference for me. Definitely out of my comfort zone! I was sad I couldn’t be part of some other great tables from David Frederick , Maggie Compton , Sarah Towler and Medina McKenzie (but I hear you all nailed it!)

💡Loved this reminder - show up for the future, not the past. I will be making that my mantra! (Thank you Andy Bounds for that gem!)

Now to process, plan, and put it to work. I can’t wait to get out and support more small businesses across southeast London - and to bring all of this energy into the new chapter I’m part of that has just launched.

Positive mental attitude firmly switched on. 🚀
