Job we done to change this conservatory roof from a poly-carbonate roof that was making customer to hot in summer and told cold in winter to a nice new roof that will stay cool in summer and warm in winter we removed old roof supply and fitted new timber rafters with wall plates with Celotex between rafters and supply and fit new fascia and 18mm OSB board to deck with upstands in centre of roof to accommodate new flat glass roof light then we fitted GRP trims to edges and around upstands primed the deck and installed flexi-glass system to roof then fitted flat glass roof light and new guttering then we plaster boarded and skimmed inside to totally transform this roof with another happy customer.

Had a phone call from a lovely elderly couple asking us to pop round to quote for some works to clean roof and gutters and when we was there they was saying how roofers kept saying that they needed lots of repair work done to their roof and trying to say it was a lot more work than what the customer wanted,so we got up on roof and checked roof over all that was needed was a clean of the roof clear gutters and replace a couple of broken tiles and that is all, we showed elderly couple the pictures we took while on roof to show them exactly what the issues where and they was so grateful to find out that it was just a roof clean and a couple of broken tiles to replace so we cleared roof of all moss cleared all gutters and valleys of moss and replaced broken tiles and cleared property of all moss that had fallen another happy customer

This customer paid a lot of money for this flat roof a couple of years ago and she has just had inside all boarded and skimmed and she called us round to ask why wall was mouldy and water was getting so when we got on roof we see this expanding foam which is acting like a sponge so we cut roof felt and removed open up and removed expanding foam from roof supplied and fitted lead which is what should have been done in first place and then fitted new torch on felt system to affected area customer now has no issues.

Little bathroom refurb done ripped out old bathroom and supplied and fitted all new bathroom suite newstud work with new worktop and all new tiles totally trasformed it very small bathroom not a lot of room but customer was over the moon

Another fascia and soffit job customer was having all wood removed from house to render house flat and wanted new fascia and soffits in Irish oak and guttering put up so we supplied and fitted all new fascia soffits and guttering to whole property what a difference it has made to the house nice to put a different colour up other than white. Another happy customer

This job customer asked for new fascia soffits and guttering to whole property as he didn’t want maintenance of painting it and the up keep so we got scaffolds put up removed all guttering and wooden fascia and soffits supply and fit new white PVC fascia and vented soffits to whole property supply and fitted new guttering and cladded above porch and under porch as well as cap his wooden post in plastic so he hasn’t got to worry about maintaining any thing. Another happy customer

This job water was getting off of the valley all mortar was blown and felt was perished underneath so we removed all loose mortar and tiles from affected area supply and fitted eaves carrier to bottom of roof fitted new felt where felt was perished and refixed tiles and mucked in with new sand and cement also why we was up on roof ridge tiles were all loose so we removed ridge tiles and all mortar and rebed tiles on new sand and cement. Another happy customer

Done this repair job for a customer every time it rained water was pouring through so we removed bottom section of tiles and installed eaves protectors along whole roof supply and fitted new felt over top while we had roof open noticed there was a big hole in felt above so we repaired this at the same time with new felt and battens refixed all tiles and cleared out gutters.
