This wallpapered ceiling needed to be removed and reboarded as it was bulging in places were the older boards were damaged.

If your ceiling is like this it's best to get it sorted sooner rather than later!

The room could have done with a full skim but it's been patched for now to suit the customers budget while they renovate downstairs.
