💫Breathing new life into Unused Fabric 💫

Anderson Interiors are delighted to be working as a sustainability partner with the sewing room of Hydebank Women’s Prison.

🪡We have established a working relationship with Sewing Room at Hydebank College where women from the Prison receive education and skills. The excellent work of the staff at Hydebank has been recognised in recent prison reports praising the partnership with Belfast Met’s which delivers education, skill and work training in the College.

0⃣ and Anderson Interiors commitment to the ‘ Journey to Net Zero’ has had every member of staff considering the best way to utilise our products. After considering ways in which to recycle, reuse and reimagine our own factory waste, fabric donations seemed the most obvious place to start when considering what might be of use to others.

✂We are delighted to have a new home for all our unused fabric remnants and hope to develop this into a long-lasting partnership.

🔨His skill and craftmanship is an essential part of the manufacturing team. Since receiving his long service award in December, Adrian has worked continuously on 3 of our commercial products.

📐Creating roller blinds for contracts with Group , Adrian’s work will hang in student accommodation at both the Biscuit Factory, Dublin Road and at the City Quays 2 development in Belfast.
