Our first guests who weren’t friends, weren’t family and didn’t know us personally have just checked out of Paws & Shores…

We know this can be really daunting especially when you're handing over your hard earned money to someone you've probably never met! We completely understand why people are cautious (I would be too!)

We want everyone that books with us to feel 100% confident that we are genuine and that they are in safe hands.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY WITH US

Our easy step-by-step process designed to make booking with us simple and stress-free!

😍We’re so excited you’re considering a stay at our beautiful holiday home on the Isle of Wight! Here’s everything you need to know about securing your perfect getaway:

🥰Step 1: Secure Your Booking

To reserve your chosen dates, we’ll need the following:
• A £100 deposit
• Your full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Car registration number
• Your preferred ferry crossing times (to and from the Isle of Wight)

⛴️ Prefer to book your own ferry? That’s absolutely fine... just let us know when you book.

✅ Step 2: Booking Confirmation

Once we’ve received your deposit and details, we’ll:
• Book your ferry (if requested)
• Send you a confirmation email for your holiday including our booklet with lots of info inside

💰 Step 3: Payment Options

Your remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. You can:

• Pay in full at any time
• Pay monthly to spread the cost

💳 We accept payments via:
• Bank transfer We can offer card payments via a payment link sent to your email or direct over the telephone

Choose the option that works best for you... we’re happy to help you plan!

🥳 Step 4: Final Confirmation

Once your full balance is paid a few weeks before your stay... we’ll send:

• Access details to your holiday home including the welcome booklet
• Our contact number, in case you need anything during your stay all inside a welcome pack.

😍 Because a good holiday starts with a GOOD night’s sleep! 💤🌊

We’ve just upgraded the main bedroom with a brand-new 40cm deep memory foam mattress… 😍

When we took over the caravan, one of the first things we noticed was that the existing mattress was poking into my back & for someone with back/spinal issues it needed changing 🙈 and if we wouldn’t want to sleep on it ourselves, we certainly weren’t expecting our guests to!

So out it came 👋🏼

Comfy beds, cosy touches and all the little extras that make being away from home feel that bit nicer. ♥️

And with our VERY FIRST guests staying with us now, we couldn’t be more excited! 🥹🏡🌊

Here’s to comfy sleeps, lazy holiday mornings and waking up ready for another day on the Isle of Wight. 🥰
