Are you outgoing, reliable, and passionate about property? Stuart Thomas Estates is a busy estate agency looking for a friendly and professional Viewing Specialist to join our team on a self-employed basis. 🩵
What You’ll Do:
As a Viewing Specialist, you will play an important role in introducing tenants and buyers to our properties. You will be conducting property viewings, meeting prospective tenants or buyers, and showcasing homes in their best light.
What We’re Looking For:
A warm, outgoing personality who enjoys meeting new people 👋
Excellent timekeeping and organisation skills ⏰
A keen interest in property and home interiors 🏡
Someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and reliable 💪
Strong communication skills 🗣️
Must have a full UK driving licence and your own car 🚗
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus—but not essential
