Day 1 of 2 at the EXP Conference is done, and what a day it’s been! 🚀

I’ve learned so much about AI, building a stronger personal brand, and growing a business in today’s fast-changing world. The speakers, conversations, and ideas have definitely given me plenty to think about and put into action.

But if I’m being completely honest, the real win? The freebies. 😆

Because no conference is complete without coming home with a shopping bag, a pen... or ten. Throw in a notebook or two, and I’m basically ready to open my own stationery store.

Looking forward to Day 2 and seeing what other insights (and free merchandise) I can collect! 🎉

This road features a variety of family homes with plenty of space and all different in their own way. Driving along the road you are nestled between greenery and walking distance from the beautiful Himley Park, linking to Baggeridge park. This is a great place for catchment postcodes for schools like Cotwall End Primary and Dormston Secondary.
Semi detached houses on this road averaged £267,000, with detached averaging £333,500.
