We are delighted to confirm our appointment to manage Hunmanby Hall, starting in April 2025.

Steeped in history, Hunmanby Hall and Park was purchased by the Methodist Education Board and transformed into Hunmanby Hall Girls’ Boarding School in 1928. For over 63 years (excluding five years of wartime evacuation), it stood as one of England’s leading girls' boarding schools, welcoming pupils from around the world. After closing its doors in 1991, the Hall was converted into luxury flats in 2005.

We are truly honoured and excited to take on the management of this prestigious and historic building and look forward to ensuring its legacy continues for years to come.

Before: This garden was in need of some TLC. Over time, the pathways had become discoloured, and the overall appearance had lost its charm.

After: Look at the transformation! After a thorough power washing, the garden looks brand new. The pathways are sparkling clean, and the greenery stands out even more against the fresh backdrop.

We are committed to maintaining beautiful, inviting spaces for residents to enjoy. Here's to keeping our developments looking their best!

The whole team at RPMS would like to give a huge shout out to our founder and director Alec Cammish for completing the final leg of the Tour of Europe Bike Ride earlier this month.
Alec was one of 21 riders who took part in this years ride which marks the end of a marathon journey across Europe which started back in 2007.
Over the last two decades the team have:
💚 Ridden through 14 different countries
💚 Raised more than £580,000 for charity
💚 Covered over 5,000 miles
This year's final leg covered a tough 335 mile route from Newcastle to London - literally from the Tyne to the Thames!
Well done Alec and all the riders who took part. We are immensely proud of our veteran fundraiser! Its not too late to donate, drop us a message if you would like to support the team's chosen charities.

We're using the remaining good weather to redecorate and maintain the beautiful frontage of the historic St Marys Manor using our team of local contractors.
External decoration and repairs need to be planned and budgeted for in advance due to the Great British weather. Luckily RPMS have years of experience and knowledge of putting this kind of plan in place. We'll post a picture of the completed works soon!

Our team have found the perfect spot for a bit of blue sky thinking as our phased refurbishment work at New Walk in Beverley continues this week.
The improvement work is really coming together now and we can't wait to share the finished results with you when all the scaffolding is down 🏗💚
