Kitchen transformation on this full house renovation 🔥

From a dated, closed-off space to a fully open plan kitchen, dining and living area — completely changing how this home works.

A big part of this project was structural, installing a large steel beam to open everything up, along with adding a roof lantern to flood the space with natural light.

We also removed the old rear window and opened it up to install a bifold door, plus added a bifold window with the worktop flowing through — setting it up perfectly for an outside bar area that’s coming later this year 👌

The kitchen itself features sleek handleless units, a bespoke island with a built-in downdraft hob, and a walk-in corner larder unit making the most of the space.

We also created a separate utility room, finished to the same high standard with matching units, worktops and a clean, practical layout to keep everything tucked away from the main living space.

Finished off with LED lighting under the worktops and feature ceiling lighting, this one looks just as good at night as it does in the day.

Another part of this full house renovation we recently completed — the living room transformation.

This room has been completely reworked to create a modern focal point and a much warmer, more usable space.

Works carried out included:

• Bespoke media wall built from scratch
• Built-in electric fire
• Recessed shelving for photos and display pieces
• Flush-fit dimmable LED strip lighting installed in all alcoves
• 85” TV with ambient back lighting set into the media wall
• Hidden cable management for the TV and sound bar
• New herringbone style flooring throughout
• Updated feature lighting and full decoration

The media wall now acts as the centrepiece of the room, and in the evening the LED lighting and TV backlight give the whole space a really warm modern feel.

Next part of this full house renovation… the new entrance 👀

The original front of the house was dated and the entrance felt a bit lost, so we completely transformed it with a new porch extension and modern frontage.

🔥 Porcelain step to the new entrance
🔥 Feature modern vertical LED exterior lighting to frame the doorway and highlight the entrance at night
🔥 Custom sunrise etched glass above the door

The lighting really brings the front of the house to life in the evening, giving it a clean modern look and turning the entrance into a real feature.

🪵 New Fencing Installed – Peel Veterinary Clinic🪵

We’ve recently completed this 6ft high fencing installation at Peel Vets, built to be both secure and long-lasting.

The fence was installed using concrete posts, finished with timber panels and a capping rail to give a clean, smart finish that will stand the test of time.

As a nice added touch, we also included a small hedgehog hole at the base of the fence 🦔 — helping local wildlife move safely between spaces.

A great example of combining practical construction, neat finishing, and thoughtful details.
