We’re looking for a high‑standard, hands‑on Working Supervisor Bricklayer who can run small teams, keep jobs moving, and maintain the level of quality our company is known for.

Role Overview

You’ll be supervising bricklaying operations while still working on the tools. You must be able to communicate clearly, keep the site organised, and ensure work is completed to a professional finish.

What You Must Bring

• Strong communication – able to direct labour, speak with clients, and keep jobs flowing
• Excellent timekeeping – reliable, punctual, consistent
• High‑standard bricklaying – neat, tidy, and proud of your work
• Leadership on site – able to supervise and work alongside others
• Reliable transport
• Professional attitude at all times

🏗️ Waddingham Site Progress Update – Hammond Homes 🧱

Another productive week on site at Waddingham for Hammond Homes.

✅ Plot 6 is now up to lift height and currently being scaffolded, ready for the next lift.

✅ Plot 7 is all set for the joiners to come in and get the floor joists installed.

The team has been flying, laying 1,000+ bricks in a day, while maintaining the same high standards of workmanship and attention to detail we pride ourselves on. Speed is one thing, but quality always comes first – and these photos speak for themselves.

A massive credit to the lads for their hard work, consistency, and commitment to delivering top-quality brickwork day in, day out. 👏

A great start to Phase 2 at our Boothferry Road site in Hull. The lads have been hard at work and the quality of the brickwork speaks for itself.
