⚠️ This pathway light wasn’t just leaning… it was becoming a safety risk.

We excavated and reset the post perfectly plumb, installed a fresh concrete footing, tightened all fixings, fitted rubber sleeves to stop the solar light rotating in high winds, and finished with anti-climb paint for added protection.

From tired and patchy… to a sharp, glossy entrance 🖤

This communal front door at 76 Warrior Square was thoroughly prepared, sanded and filled before being finished with two coats of high-grade black exterior door paint.

A huge improvement that has restored the character of the door and given the entrance a much smarter first impression.

🚨 From rusted, failed and unsafe-looking… to clean, secure and fit for purpose 🚨

This dry riser inlet housing had badly deteriorated and needed replacing to restore proper access and protection to the fire safety connection.

The old damaged box was removed, the area was carefully adjusted to suit the existing pipework, and a new dry riser inlet cabinet was fitted securely in place with a neat, tidy finish.

A small but important job — protecting essential fire safety access while improving the overall appearance of the building frontage.

A complete internal door upgrade carried out throughout this property, replacing the tired and marked existing doors with clean, modern six-panel doors.

Each door was carefully fitted, adjusted and finished with new chrome handles to create a consistent look throughout the home. All doors were checked to ensure they opened and closed smoothly, leaving the property looking much brighter, cleaner and more modern.

Balcony Door Reinstatement & Weatherproofing Works 🌊🔨

This balcony door required complete removal after the existing lead tray failed, allowing water to pe*****te around the opening.

The team fabricated and welded a new, neatly formed lead tray before carefully dressing it into position to provide a secure and durable weatherproof detail.

Once the leadwork was completed, we were able to:

✅ Reinstall and secure the door and frame
✅ Cut back approximately 80mm of the existing render
✅ Install the client’s requested L-shaped render trim
✅ Render neatly back up to the new trim
✅ Make good around the complete external opening
✅ Fit all-new internal trims for a clean finish

A great example of both teams working together to resolve the original water-ingress issue properly, rather than simply covering over the damage.

This balcony area looked tired and in need of a proper refresh. The existing off-white areas have become marked and weathered over time, with the brickwork, ceiling, trims and surrounding details all needing attention to bring the space back up to a clean, bright standard.
