We’re still in a slight buyer’s market. One of the clearest signs of that right now is we’re still seeing higher levels of price reductions than this time last year.

What that means for sellers:

Right now, the average seller in SS16 6 is asking for £420 for every square foot of space.

Semi-detached homes are the most expensive per foot at £452, while flats are currently the cheapest at £409. 📉
