✈️🇨🇦 Vacation mode: ON 🇨🇦✈️

After an incredible start to 2026, it’s time to recharge the batteries and celebrate a very special milestone as Katie turned 50! 🎉❤️

While I’m away enjoying everything Canada has to offer, the business certainly isn’t taking a holiday. 📱🏡

Enquiries are still being handled, sales are still progressing, and the wheels remain firmly in motion behind the scenes. As always, I’m only a message or phone call away.

The first half of 2026 has been one to remember, and I’m excited for what’s to come. We go again in mid-June with several fantastic properties ready to launch to the market. 🚀

This one never even made it to Rightmove… 👀

The buyer had been following my social media for a while and although they weren’t initially in a position to proceed, timing eventually aligned perfectly and we were able to get the deal together. 🙌

A great example of why building relationships and staying visible really matters in this market.

This property was being marketed by another Personal Estate Agent who I’ve got to know well over recent months, and together we managed to bring the sale together successfully 🤝

Now exchanged with completion set for next week 🔑✨
