UNDER 8 WEEKS. FROM AGREEMENT TO COMPLETION. 🔑🏡

Another sale completed — and this one is a great example of what can happen when everyone involved is focused on getting the job done.

Kate and her family were living overseas, but that didn’t stop me being hands-on throughout the process — meeting engineers, helping obtain reports and certificates, and dealing with the inevitable bumps along the way.

And then, just under 8 weeks later… COMPLETION.

This photo says it all — 9:30am and the buyer is already moving in! 🚚🏡

It really is amazing what can be achieved when people communicate, take responsibility and apply themselves.

A huge thank you to Kate for the fantastic 5⭐️ review — and to Jo for keeping everything moving behind the scenes.

And after what has been an incredibly busy few months, I’m taking a well-deserved holiday from 21st–29th September. ☀️✈️

But don’t worry… Simon Young Properties doesn’t completely switch off! 😂

Apparently, estate agents are supposed to be available 9–5. 🤔

Sorry… I must have missed that memo. 😂

I don’t have a high street shop.

I don’t have a team of people passing your call around.

I don’t have a “someone will get back to you” department.

What I do have is a phone that I actually answer, a WhatsApp that gets replies, and a slightly unhealthy obsession with getting my clients moved. 😏

When you instruct Simon Young Properties, you get Simon Young.

Not Simon on the sales pitch and Dave dealing with the viewing.

Not Katie from accounts calling you back three days later.

Me. From start to finish.

And yes… I work weekends, evenings and probably far too many hours.

But when you’re selling one of the biggest assets you own, I reckon that’s exactly how it should be.

When a vendor asks to see you just before completion so they can grab a selfie, you know you’ve done something right.

And then, to be given such a generous gift as a thank you… honestly, I’m incredibly touched. 🥹
