Always amazes, amuses or annoys me as to how good or bad different companies are at paying what they owe!! Maybe a carrot and stick approach is needed.
On the good side, Jackson & Copeland Letting Agents of Hartlepool, a pleasure to do business with. Hunters Estate Agents of Middlesbrough, generally pretty good. Appletons Surveyors in Stockton get a gold star, never late and the same goes for A Better Letting of Hartlepool.

Now, on the not very good side are a locally based company and a national company who will be named and shamed if bills arn't paid by Friday. Grrrrrr
