Property refurbishment completed on behalf of our client ✅

The tenant has now moved in and making it a home. 🏠

This one has had some issues ( as they all do) but we have gone the extra mile to future proof the investment for years to come, we had some issues with the joists due to a previous leak, we added new joists to strengthen what was already in place.

This is one of 5 we have had ongoing over the past few months, will be posting some updates on the other properties soon. 😃

FULL STEAM AHEAD FOR MIDDLESBROUGH STATION 🚄

Our plans to redevelop Middlesbrough station have reached another major milestone with the council giving our plans to transform the station and make it fit for the 21st century the green light. The news comes just a few months after the first direct service to London in 30 years rolled out of the station with LNER.

Our plans are delivering:

💷£34m investment
🎟 A new ticket hall, entrance and major repairs
🏗Two new open plan offices to attract businesses and jobs.

2022 is our year of construction and the upgrade to Middlesbrough station will give local people from across our region the fast, reliable and smooth transport they rightfully deserve. Helping them to access the job we’re creating across Teesside, Darlington and Hartlepool. 💪
