Great to see Bolton's historic Timeball Building officially back in action - and already attracting such a buzz from both public and press.

As Architects on this scheme, we worked to revitalise this 1912 landmark within the Deansgate Conservation Area, carefully balancing heritage restoration with contemporary intervention. Alongside the vibrant café space, Prestons Coffee House, the wider refurbishment also introduces Bolton Business Centre featuring serviced offices and meeting spaces, securing a sustainable future for the once renowned 'Diamond Centre of the North' 💎

🎉 Planning approval granted! 🎉

We’re delighted to share that this new aparthotel in the Baltic Triangle has been approved.

It will be a fantastic addition to the diverse range of accommodation in one of Liverpool’s most vibrant and creative districts. We’re looking forward to progressing with the technical detailing as we move into the next stage of approvals.

A change of pace and scale… from small and homely to great and spacious 👀

Fantastic progress on Unilever’s new goods-in warehouse at Port Sunlight as it moves closer to completion. One of our largest projects to date, with a £4.5m build value and 2,500 sqm of space. Just six weeks on from the topping-out ceremony, the progress has been incredible. A huge credit to the entire team.

Celebrating 10 years in practice has us looking back at the projects that shaped us. When we first started out, renovating the gorgeous period homes that surround our office in leafy Oxton was our bread and butter. A decade later, our work now spans everything from family homes to multi-million-pound infrastructure… but still, nothing is ever as exciting as making a home.

Our latest renovation, just a few doors down from our office, felt like a full-circle moment – made even more special when the clients asked for copies of the final drawings to hang on their wall as a memento of their design journey. 🏡🧡

Over the last decade, we’ve had the privilege of working with clients who inspire us every day. From first-time homeowners to established organisations and developers, each partnership has pushed us to design better, smarter and more human-centred places.

Rainy site visit today to check out three newly completed homes in Bebington 🌧️🏡✨

Built on the site of a former taxi office (swipe for “before”), these houses bring a real lift to the street scene. We were involved from initial feasibility through planning and building control, delivering full construction-ready drawings. Always a pleasure collaborating with to create high-quality local homes.

Another project all wrapped up in Oxton 🧡🍂

This Edwardian semi has been transformed with a single-storey rear extension and reconfigured interior, creating connected, light-filled spaces for modern living.

The refreshed rear façade pairs crisp white render with vibrant orange cladding and bespoke glazing for a striking, contemporary finish.

Appointed for full architectural services, we guided the project from concept and planning through to on-site delivery – and we’re delighted with how it’s turned out.

Basking in some autumn sun — nine newbuild homes in the market town of Uttoxeter, Staffordshire.

Set within the curtilage of a single former dwelling, we developed two complementary house types to maximise space and unlock the full value of the site.

Having led the project from first sketch to final handover, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the homes now lived in and enjoyed.
