Planning permission granted!

Highground in Oxton has received planning permission for a luxury development of 5 houses.

Highground Care Home has been closed and vacant for over 5 years!

This is a development we have been working on for nearly 18 months so itโ€™s fantastic news that planning permission has now been granted.

We are delighted that our friends at the Starship Group will soon be starting work on this exciting development.

All new homes in England delivered through permitted development (PD) rights will have to meet national space standards from 6 April 2021, according to new regulations laid today.

Although the Regulations will come into force on 3rd December, developers will have until 6th April 2021 to submit their applications for Prior Approval, after which the National Space Standards will apply to their scheme.
