We are a privately owned family run lettings company based in Oxton which was established in 1970 by Ian and Linda MacMaster and have been running our business from offices in Balls Road since 1998. All our properties are owned, let and maintained by ourselves. We do not manange properties for other landlords, thus making the process for you as a prospective tenant much simpler and far more straight forward. We are proud to be part of Wirral Borough Councils Landlord Accreditation Scheme , a voluntary scheme for private landlords that recognises good quality, well managed private rented accomodation. By choosing to rent a property from a landlord like ouselves, you can be assured of a safe, secure and well managed home. We have our extensive in-house maintenance team to deal with any potential problems that may occur. This allows us to deal with your problem more quickly, as we are not relying on external contractors.
