Check out report completed today at Avon Court, Solihull.

Some maintenance and cleanliness issues noted meaning the property will require a professional clean and redecoration in places… Fortunately, the landlord opted to have an inventory at the beginning of the tenancy, so we could use that as a reference against todays check out to confirm what will need to be deducted from the tenant’s deposit to bring the property up to a standard where it can be re-let.
