A quiet moment where the sea seems to breathe with the sky. 🌊☀️

The sunlight dances across the water like scattered diamonds, while boats rest gently on the horizon, drifting between adventure and stillness. In the distance, a cruise ship glides by, a reminder of journeys yet to come. Above it all, soft clouds stretch across the blue sky, giving the whole scene a feeling of calm, freedom, and endless possibility.

It’s the kind of view that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and simply enjoy the beauty of being right there in the moment. 🌤️🚤

We would like to say tank you to our last Board direct back in 2021. Kevin has been the greatest Direct we all had. He has managed the development in the way no one has done and he had successfully recovered £600k from SLC. We must recognise the great effort and time he has spend for this money to come to development. THANK YOU!

I am sure some “boards members might claim that had work, but the leaseholds know the truth” and the leaseholds know the current board will never been able to look after our development as before. The most important is they own lives. That is why we had so far two management companies and we won’t be surprised if we don’t have a 3rd one in near future.

Dear Residents,

This is an advanced warning for adverse weather in the East of England, London, the South of England, and the South West of England between 15:00 on Thu 20 May 2021 and 21:00 on Fri 21 May 2021.
A yellow warning has been issued by the Met Office for windy weather which may lead to some travel disruption and possibly some damage to temporary outdoor structures.
