Building takes time—don’t rush the season you’re in.

This week reminded me that I’m deep in the building phase, and that takes patience.

At a recent networking event (first one in 6 months!), I noticed that most seasoned investors treat property as a long-term investment, not for cash flow—they build cash flow through other means.

That shifted my perspective again even though the penny dropped 9 months ago.

I plan to attend 1–2 events a month—but with intention.

No networking for the sake of it.

The goal?

Be in the right rooms, with the right energy, to raise funds.

🎯 Refined my focus—no income outcome goals, just consistency. My ADHD brain thrives on small wins, not big targets.

⚡️ Realised this year will be a tough one—my electrical course is getting serious now, but the goal is to complete Level 3 before year-end.

YouTube uploads are back on track. I’ve been chasing my tail lately, so I’ve built a content system I can stick with. Expect 2 new videos soon!

And lastly—a reminder: cook your partner breakfast at least once a week. It goes a long way. 🥞
