Property should be an asset.

Most business owners I speak to don’t lack ambition or capital.

They lack the time to search for properties, analyse areas, arrange viewings, manage refurbishments and deal with agents.

That’s understandable.

The investor should remain in control of the important decisions.

Yield can be misleading.

A high yield doesn't automatically make a good investment.

At Wynter Group, we look beyond the numbers.

Crime, schools, income, owner occupiers and long-term demand all matter.
Because we'd rather buy a great area with a solid yield than a poor area with an exceptional one.
