EXCHANGED TODAY! Fryer Road, West Heath.

We got there in the end! 🥵

To say my sellers have experienced some rotten luck with selling their property, would be an understatement!

Having gone on the market in June last year, we have had to endure the pain & heartache of not one but TWO cancelled sales - one of which did not even have the decency to let us know that they had pulled out! 😡😡😡

Roll on to January 2026 and we finally found a buyer who was serious! And as a first time buyer, she has bagged herself an absolute beautiful first home!

I'm so pleased for both sellers and for our buyer and I hope this is the start of a bright new future for them all!
