CONTRACTS EXCHANGED! Ivy House Road, West Heath.

When it didn't look like there was any light at the end of the tunnel, we finally got there! Full credit to my seller, as when things started to stall, he hounded the buyers and their solicitors and never gave up! What a legend!
I'm so pleased for Richard & Nadine, as they embark on their next chapter in hopefully their forever home!....Although after the stress of this move, I don't think they will ever want to move again! 🤣

EXCHANGED TODAY! Norton Close, Kings Norton.

Just received the fabulous (and slightly delayed news!) that we have just exchanged contracts on the stunning Norton Close!

As it seems with all house sales, just lately, we've had a very bumpy road and almost didn't get it over the line - but thanks to our amazing sellers and buyers (and a little bit of help at the top of the chain) we managed to get the issues sorted and although we are a week later than scheduled, we can all look forward to completion next week!
