Full kitchen rip out and replacement.

Kitchen supplied by Howdens and fitted by Savspec

Works included flooring levelled and fitted
New ceiling with full room plaster
Electrical alterations where needed.
Full room white wash
All plumbing works that were needed

A regular customer asked if we could builda custom wardrobe for them.
Of course we said yes!
We sat down and worked though a design with them.
This was the end result

The extent we can go to is quite surprising.

This is in our current home.

One of the bedrooms was the full width of the house and we had no bathroom upstairs (1880’s Victorian house) so we decided to divide it!

This allowed us to add a bathroom and still keep a decent bedroom space.

As you can se we went to town!

All new walls and ceilings. Fully insulated. Added a window and added value

This was a lovely project. Totally bespoke to customers design pergola with in built seating
