Following last week's announcement by the government, Heritage Estate Agency has been working hard to ensure the safety of their staff and public as they prepare to reopen their doors. We're pleased to share that they can now resume activity and are booking new appointments from this week!

We are delighted that the Government have announced that we can resume normal industry activity. However, the safety of our staff and the public remain our highest priority. Therefore, we will be working hard over the next few days to ensure our systems are robust and adequate. We will be back to full activity as of Monday 18th of May when we will begin booking appointments - we look forward to speaking with you!

DID YOU KNOW that even the smallest bathrooms can feel light and airy without clutter?

Jessica our Sales Manager says: 'When it comes to bathrooms, a fresh lick of paint and a good de-clutter can go a long way. My pet hate is seeing lots of bath towels, floor mats and toiletries in property photos. When you are getting your property photograph ready, tidy all the cleaning products, toiletries, toothbrushes and any children's toys away. When these are left in photos, it makes bathrooms look much smaller! One thing you can add to a bathroom is a house plant, as this can soften block coloured areas and brings a bit of life to what can be quite plain spaces. And always remember to put the toilet lid down!'

DID YOU KNOW it is still important to make sure your garden is presentable regardless of the season?

Jessica our Sales Manager says: 'Even if the weather is bad, a presentable garden can still impact a buyer's decision on whether to offer on a property. Having a freshly cut lawn and a table set out even on a gloomy day, makes a garden feel fresh and cared for. If you can, it is best to put away washing lines and children's toys, and in smaller gardens some colourful potted plants can brighten up areas and make them seem more welcoming!'
