We are looking for a Residential Leasehold Property Manager to join our fabulous residential team at KWB.

This would suit someone with 2 or more years experience as a Property Manager managing estates, blocks and communal areas and wishes to progress in knowledge, experience and position.

Job role includes (but not limited to) managing budgets, contractors, repairs, site inspections, H & S, along with client/leaseholder contact and S20 projects. You will need a good working knowledge/experience of the Landlord & Tenant act, Section 20 and leases etc.

Salary commensurate with experience and will be discussed at interview stage. 25 days holiday per annum (excluding bank holidays)

This is a small residential department expanding all the time and with constant changing legislation/regulations and client model, is an exceptionally interesting department to work for 😊. This role will be office based when not at developments.

📢 ATTENTION ADRENALINE JUNKIES!

KWB’s skyscraper abseil is back for 2023, only this time it will be HIGHER!

On Friday 30 June 2023, we’re challenging fundraisers to descend The Bank’s Tower 2, one of Birmingham’s tallest residential buildings at 33 storeys and over 100 metres tall!

All money raised will go to Birmingham charity Edward's Trust, which supports bereaved families across the Midlands.

The event follows the success of our last abseil in 2019 on The Bank’s 21-storey, 70-metre-tall Tower 1. Sixty daredevils took part raising more than £22,000.

Organiser Joanne Spencer, KWB’s office manager, “Our abseil down Tower 1 in 2019 was an incredible success with not one person dropping out, but sadly the pandemic meant we had to delay any future events.

“Next year the event will return with a bang as we challenge fundraisers to the extra 30 metres and see if they can raise even more for this vital charity."

· £60 per person
· Each entrant must raise a minimum of £150

The abseil will be managed by Dolomite Training.
