A lovely rural, modern, character property located on the outskirts of Barston Village, 5 minutes from the M42 and 10 minutes from the Solihull HS2 interchange, NEC and BHX Airport.

Built and extended to an incredible standard by a local master builder, Oak Cottage has an abundance of high end materials, fixtures and fittings to ensure your stay at this cottage is more like that of a 5 star hotel.

The use of oak in every corner of the cottage gives an authentic, warm homely feel, and the underfloor heating throughout the house will keep you warm and cosy, whatever the weather.

With heaps of space, the 9 bedrooms are split across the upper 2 floors in the main house, and the annex above the garage (also heated with underfloor heating), which also has its own bathrooms and kitchenette.

The garage is also home to a games room, with a pool table and a foosball table. Parking is a breeze with driveway space for up to 8 vehicles, monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7.

Having countryside views but being just 5 minutes from the M42, the property also benefits from an award winning pub, just a 3 minute walk away!

There are 2 Bathrooms in the main house, including a whirlpool bath bathtub in the main bathroom, plus a separate downstairs toilet.
