We have our own maintenance team of four including a gas engineer which means we can attend to any property issues immediately. Tenants and landlords have their own property manager which ensures continuity at all times. We have a devoted lettings accounts team which ensures over 98 % of rent is collected on time so that the landlord’s financial commitments can be kept
