Private Studio for Rent in Edgbaston - All Bills Included!

We're offering a private studio for rent in our home in Edgbaston, close to the city centre. The studio is available immediately. Our house is just a 10-minute walk to Broad Street, 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, and 10 minutes to the market. There's also an Off Licence just a 1-minute walk away, open 7 days a week.

The studio features its own private bathroom and a small kitchenette with large cupboards and a fridge. You'll also have access to our large garden, perfect for barbecues. We have a garage that fits one car and a rear entrance for motorcycle parking.

I hope you find this proposal interesting.

I'm renting two rooms in my house in Edgbaston, conveniently located near the city centre. The rooms will be available from July 23rd. It's just a 10-minute walk to Broad Street, 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to the market, and only a 1-minute walk to an Off Licence that's open 7 days a week.

The house is quite spacious, with a very comfortable kitchen that has large cupboards and two big fridges. We also have a large garden where we often have barbecues with friends. The two available rooms will share a bathroom. The house has three bathrooms in total: one shared between the other two rooms and a downstairs bathroom for communal use.

We have a garage in front of the house that fits one car, and there is also a rear entrance to the garden that can accommodate a motorcycle if needed. The house has four bedrooms in total. My wife and I live in one of the rooms and are the landlords of the house. We are looking for tenants who are clean and organised, ideally people who will fit in well with our household.
