Master bedroom and Hall stairs and landing to do these next couple of weeks. Back to brick, insulated baords, over boarding, building a fake chimney breast, reskimming. Lets do this!

Over board and skim job complete! Created and shadow margin around the original cornice.

2 bedrooms and a hall stairs and landing to do this week in Stirchley. Artex ceilings and Artex walls in Hallway. All ready now for another family of lovely customers.

Water damage job just finished. The roof was leaking for months in this bungalow and had completely damaged all the plastering.
Removed all the loose plaster reinstated and re skimmed. Also patched up where the old coving was.

Customer boarded top floor room with insulated boards as the room was freezing in the winter. Had to do some tweaking but got there in the end and came out really nice. My legs are burning from the all the stairs though 😆

Had an amazing few weeks on this project, converting two rooms, insulating external walls, replastering, building bespoke cupboards, refitting new skirtings, both rooms came out lovely and happy customers! Couple of repair jobs this week.
1st job was adding damp proof membrane over and old brick wall with silts leaking though.
2nd job a water damaged head above window patched up and skimmed.
