The truth about property investing is that behind the property for sale, there is a person/ people with a problem.

With investors on board, my aim is to find a solution that can work for both sides.

Sometimes we get carried away looking after others, with the demands of life we forget about ourselves. Our personal challenges mount up leading to stress, anxiety and depression.

Take a moment today, think about your mental health. Acknowledgement is the first step to cure.

And the learning continues! I was chuffed when this arrived in the post today. Property investing can be tricky for Muslims due to ethics around interest loans. It needs to be a fair arrangement where both parties share risks and reward.

As mainstream mortgage is the popular mode of investing, most will avoid property unless they have a lump sum to buy outright. But it doesn’t have to be. It’s been lots of learning for me to understand how to be more creative and still be profitable.

The next phase is understanding the financial rules that applies to business and investing.
