No matter what industry you’re in, one thing remains true: learning never stops.

I’ve been in the property industry for nearly a decade but I still believe that every day is a school day. There is always something new to learn, a different perspective to consider or a better way of doing things.
One of the things I love most about training and personal development is that it expands your thinking. Sometimes a single conversation, podcast, book or training session can completely change the way you approach a challenge or opportunity.
That’s why I make a conscious effort to keep learning. Every Friday morning, I dedicate time to personal and professional development. Whether it’s reading a self-development book, listening to a podcast, attending training or watching an educational video, I always try to invest in growing my knowledge. I truly believe that the more you learn, the more you grow and the more value you can offer others.

As estate agents, it’s easy to think that experience alone is enough but the best agents never stop improving. The market evolves, people evolve and so should we.

This is exactly why I arrive at every property around 30 minutes before photography. I want to make sure every cushion is plumped, every surface is presented beautifully and the home is shown in its very best light.

Having come from a show home background and with my Nan being an interior designer, staging homes is something I’ve always loved. It’s often the little details that make the biggest difference when it comes to attracting buyers and achieving the best possible result.
