**PART TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY**
Here at Watsons Property Services we pride ourselves on excellent and professional customer service and are looking for the right candidate to join our team at our Birstall Office. We are looking for a confident, professional and friendly member of staff with excellent communication and customer service skills along with good IT skills.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Promotion of properties for sale. Supporting and assisting the sales team with property enquiries, viewings, negotiating sales, assisting the sales process by communicating with solicitors, vendors, and buyers through to completion.
Administrative duties including (but not limited to) uploading new properties to our inhouse software system, liaising with vendors and making any requested changes.
Essential Criteria
• Some experience in residential estate agency
• Full clean UK driving license
• Communicates clearly, listens to and values other people’s opinions.
• Speaks to clients and colleagues with respect and dignity.
• Makes good decisions based on information.
• Knows when to ask for assistance and understands when to use their own initiative.
• Candidate is receptive, learns from experience and can adapt to change.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with third parties and colleagues.
• The ability to prioritise conflicts in a professional manner.
